About this job
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key customer accounts.
- Develop new sales opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
- Build strong relationships with senior/C-level clients.
- Understand customer needs and propose suitable IT solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations and sales presentations with technical teams.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms.
- Work closely with pre-sales, technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Monitor market and technology trends and identify new opportunities.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Experience in IT sales, business development or account management.
- Good understanding of IT solutions, cloud and digital transformation.
- Able to manage multiple accounts and work with technical teams.
