Career Progression

You will begin as an individual contributor across backend, mobile, and infrastructure. Areas of coverage are shared within the team, and assignments will be matched to your experience and capabilities. As you grow, you will have opportunities to take on larger responsibilities and progress into a tech lead role. Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain applications using Java and related frameworks
• Enhance Android apps, integrate APIs, and sync with Windows environments
• Research and integrate Edge‑AI technologies into our distributed platform
• Manage AWS deployments and infrastructure sizing
• Troubleshoot issues, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure system reliability
• Collaborate closely within a small team to shape product direction
• Maintain and evolve desktop client interfaces using Java UI frameworks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field
• 0–5 years of Java/JavaScript development experience (Android SDK/API or edge deployments advantageous)
• Strong problem‑solving and debugging skills
• Fresh graduates with excellent academic results, strong portfolios, and a resilient “can‑do” attitude are encouraged to apply

Technical Skills

• Core Java (or equivalent: C++, Python)
• Databases: SQL, NoSQL, Big Data
• Frameworks/libraries: Hibernate, JDBC, Swing, Spring
• Wire formats: JSON, XML
• Familiarity with UI/UX tools (Figma, Adobe XD)
• Mobile app development and embedded environments
• Version control (Git)
• Cloud services (AWS, Azure)

Nice to Have: Spring/Jakarta EE, CI/CD exposure, NetBeans/Eclipse, MQ protocols, basic exposure to AI/ML concepts or frameworks
