We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount.
What You’ll Do
- Handle customer enquiries via phone and live chat.
- Resolve enquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Update customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Follow up on outstanding cases and assist with customer appeals.
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Business or related studies.
- Previous insurance background is an added advantage.
- Friendly, customer-focused, and comfortable speaking with different customers.
