THE ROLE

Join the Group HR team and manage end-to-end recruitment, partnering closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to support business hiring needs.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to interviews, offers and onboarding.

• Recruit for Branch Digital Executive and other business roles.

• Partner with Hiring Managers and HRBPs on hiring strategies and candidate selection.

• Provide market insights and recruitment advice to stakeholders.

• Ensure recruitment processes comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Minimum Degree with 3–5 years of recruitment experience.

- Experience in banking or sales recruitment is preferred.

- Comfortable managing high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
