HR Payroll Specialist #HCK

Full-Time | Healthcare Industry

We are seeking a meticulous, hands-on, and detail-oriented HR professional to support the Compensation & Benefits function within a fast-paced private healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Process monthly payroll accurately and within stipulated timelines.

* Prepare payroll reports and payroll summaries for Finance.

* Ensure timely CPF contributions and compliance with relevant statutory requirements.

* Compute final salary payments, salary adjustments, and new-hire salary computations.

* Support annual salary increment, bonus, and incentive payout exercises.

* Administer employee benefits and claims, including WICA, maternity-related claims, and leave administration.

* Maintain accurate employee payroll and benefits records in the HR system.

* Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors on payroll and employee benefits matters.

* Handle and respond to employee queries relating to payroll, benefits, and claims.

* Ensure payroll and benefits processes are handled with a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Job Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related discipline.

* Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in payroll and Compensation & Benefits.

* Good knowledge of Singapore payroll processes and statutory requirements.

* Strong attention to detail with excellent numerical and analytical skills.

* Able to work independently and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
