Patient Liaison Officer [Contract to Perm] #HZTK

Location: Central
Working Hours: Mon - Fri Office Hours

Job Responsibilities

• Manage patient appointment bookings, scheduling and follow-ups.
• Handle patient enquiries and provide professional, patient-focused assistance.
• Perform general administrative duties and maintain accurate patient records.
• Assist with financial administration and payment-related matters.
• Process insurance and medical claims accurately and efficiently.
• Support the organisation and coordination of public events.
• Monitor and replenish clinic inventories and supplies.
• Work closely with the medical and administrative teams to ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Prior experience in frontline customer service and/or healthcare operations is preferred.
• Service-oriented with a strong focus on patient care and experience.
• Comfortable working overtime, weekends and public holidays when required.
