-NEW- Perm Middle Office Assistant Manager (Financial Services)

Job Responsibilities:

· Support the sales team in identifying business opportunities and achieving targets through timely preparation of meeting materials, presentations, and training decks.

· Assist in client and partner meetings, facilitating the sales process, documentation, and follow-up actions.

· Provide administrative support including insurance form completion and meeting record management.

· Develop knowledge of insurance products and HNW client application workflows.

· Collaborate with case management and product teams to ensure seamless sales operations.

· Participate in internal and external training to enhance professional and process efficiency.

· Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

· Minimum Degree in a related discipline

· Minimum 3 year of relevant experience

· Able to start immediately or within short notice
