Hiring for Sales Executive

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Sales Executive to join our sales team! As our Sales Executive your main responsibility will be to drive our business success by implementing a strong and sustainable sales strategy.

Roles & Responsibilities

· A 'People' person, enjoy interacting and actively seek out and can establish good working relationship with developers, architects, designers and builders etc

· This position requires travelling to pay visit to potential clients &/ clients

· Execute day to day sales activities includes canvasing for new leads, attending sales enquiries, preparation and follow up of quotations/ tenders and negotiation of sales contracts

· Result Oriented, Plan and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets

· Provide technical sales and marketing support to customers

· Fully responsible for all Trade Accounts Receivable for customers under your care and ensure zero bad debts

· Minimum of 1-2 years sales experience in the Construction related Industry; Fresh graduate with excellent positive attitude maybe considered

· Possess excellent communication, presentation and customer relationship skills

· Proficient in MS Office

· Knowledge of market, industry trends and competitors are an added advantage

· Working location (North – Woodlands Area)

Other information

· Possessed Class 3 Driving License & own a car advantage
