Job Summary

Assist the Restaurant Manager in enhancing the restaurant atmosphere and operations by supervising staff, maintaining safety and quality standards, managing schedules and payroll, handling customer concerns, and controlling supply orders within budget.

Responsibilities

• Ensure incoming staff adhere to company policies to maintain operational standards
• Train staff to consistently follow restaurant procedures for efficient service delivery
• Maintain safety protocols and uphold food quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance
• Resolve customer complaints promptly to enhance guest experience and loyalty
• Organize employee work schedules to optimize staffing and service coverage
• Track employee working hours accurately to support payroll processing
• Record payroll data systematically to ensure timely and accurate compensation
• Order food, linens, gloves, and other supplies within budget limits to support smooth restaurant operations
