ACMV technician
About this job
We are local SME in facilities. We are looking for ACMV/HVAC Technician
- You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Technician is responsible to assist in the smooth and efficient running at sites.
Troubleshooting & repair works for the air-con.
On-site preventive servicing & maintenance of air-con.
Preparation of service reports.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering or equivalent,
- Candidate with Higher NITEC/NITEC in Mechanical, Building Services may also be considered
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Building/Facilities Maintenance
- Good knowledge in ACMV/HVAC installation and building management system
- Self-motivated & able to work independently & a team player
- Excellent collaboration & influencing skills
