Management executive

We are hiring a Management Executive to support daily operations and manpower control.

Key Requirements

• Must be willing to work overtime when needed.

• Must be able to work on public holidays if required (following Singapore MOM rules).

• Must be able to work on Sunday for urgent deployment.

• Off day will be weekday, not weekend.

• Minimum 5 years experience in cleaning or operations management.

• Able to handle manpower control, scheduling, discipline, and site coordination.

• Good communication and problem‑solving skills.

Job Scope

• Support daily operations and site management.

• Coordinate staff deployment and client requirements.

• Ensure quality standards and smooth workflow.
