Job Summary

Drive sales growth by engaging clinics and centers, sourcing new business, and delivering product demonstrations. Build and maintain client relationships while applying market insights to develop effective sales and customer service strategies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular sales calls and daily visits to clinics and centers to promote company products
• Identify and secure new customers and business opportunities to expand market reach
• Deliver product demonstrations to effectively communicate product benefits and features
• Maintain strong client relationships and perform follow-up actions to ensure post-sales service satisfaction
• Apply market and product knowledge to develop targeted sales and customer service strategies
• Support and participate in workshops, seminars, trade shows, and exhibitions to enhance brand presence
• Share market and clinical information with team members to foster knowledge and improve sales approaches

Required competencies and certifications

• Valid work permit to work in Singapore

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in healthcare or medical devices
• Strong interest in the Sales and Aesthetics industry
• Ability to perform well under stress and consistently meet sales targets
• Independent, mature, resourceful, and customer-oriented with a pleasant personality and willingness to learn
• Team player with excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Proficient communication skills in English and Mandarin
