Job Summary

You will manage client relationships and sales processes, coordinate between clients and factories, and support business growth by identifying opportunities and delivering tailored solutions in the electronics harness industry.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients by researching and working with provided leads to expand the customer base
• Explore new business opportunities within clients’ competitor landscapes to increase market share
• Understand client needs and deliver tailored product solutions to enhance their competitiveness
• Coordinate communication and project development between clients and factories to ensure timely delivery
• Manage the sales cycle from sampling through mass production, ensuring accurate client forecasts and order information
• Support deal closure by following up on client requirements and maintaining clear communication
• Provide ongoing client support to maintain business continuity and build long-term partnerships
• Monitor industry trends and market conditions to inform internal development and sales strategies
• Track sales performance, analyse outcomes, and maintain accurate client records to improve results
• Monitor clients’ payment status and handle related administrative duties as assigned

Required competencies and certifications

• Strong communication and presentation skills in English, Mandarin (to liaise with China-based teams), and Malay (to manage regional accounts) to liaise effectively with international clients.
• Electronics/Electrical knowledge essential for supporting client technical need.
• Positive, resilient, competitive attitude with eagerness to learn and grow.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided including a 1-week technical training in China after probation

Other Information

Compensation & Training:

• 3-month probation period
• Training in China (about 1 week) after probation to learn technical details
• Additional benefits include overseas allowance (depending on location) and vehicle maintenance allowance (after probation) if driving own vehicle.
