🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally
• Assign online and offline leads to the relevant team members
• Manage the general email inbox and forward enquiries promptly
• Process simple customer orders
• Perform basic administrative tasks, including filing and data entry
• Occasionally assist at the reception desk and welcome visitors

💡 Who We’re Looking For

• Positive attitude and good communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office)
• Organized and able to multitask
