Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Sales Support Executive. This is an entry-level opportunity suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with little to no experience. Training will be provided.

You will play an important role in supporting daily sales operations and ensuring smooth coordination between customers, sales team, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
• Process sales orders accurately using the company system
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely delivery
• Support the sales team with order tracking and customer follow-ups
• Maintain proper documentation and records
• Assist with general administrative duties related to sales operations

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level / ITE / Diploma
• No experience required – training will be provided
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: $2,000 – $3,000 per month (based on experience)
• 5-day work week (Monday to Friday)
