Senior Executive, Fundraising

The Senior Executive, Fundraising is responsible for developing and implementing effective fundraising and engagement activities.
Reporting to the Director, Advancement & Engagement, the right candidate will nurture philanthropic affinity among supporters and the public for the organisation’s causes – Disability, Early Intervention for Children, Families, Seniors and Therapy.
This candidate will be keen to be part of a dynamic team whose work will impact individuals, families and communities in need.
Key Responsibilities:
Fundraising Communications
- Write and produce compelling donor communications such as proposals, presentations, impact stories, gift reports and other donor-related collateral.
- Engage internal stakeholders to conceptualise and develop communications collateral for fundraising and donor relations.
- Develop social media content.
Fundraising and Donor Relations
- Assist to develop and implement fundraising strategies to cultivate and secure funding from individuals, corporations, foundations and the public. These include initiatives, events, sponsorships and engagement activities.
- Plan and execute donor relations events and activities to steward donors with meaningful donor experiences and touchpoints.
Admin and Operations
- Support in administration and operations of fundraising department.
- Draft and implement processes, workflow and SOPs for best practices in fundraising and donor relations.
- Prepare updates / reports for internal reporting.
- Track and analyse fundraising strategies, donors and giving trends.
- Ensure compliance to donor intent and data protection in gift administration.
- Plan and manage budget for events / activities.
- Coordinate and draft minutes for quarterly Fundraising Committee meetings.
- Any other duties assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in Arts & Social Sciences / Business /Communications / Marketing / Media / Social Services.
- Minimum 5 years’ work experience, preferably in a similar capacity.
- Solid experience in event and project management required.
- Preferably with experience in budgeting for fundraising, donor relations and communications activities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability in developing content for printed and online platforms.
- High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills to engage internal and external stakeholders.
- Strategic, analytical, meticulous and resourceful self-starter.
- Takes initiative and is service-oriented.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Creative with the courage to push boundaries.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Familiar with social media platforms.
- A passion to serve in the social service sector.
