HR Officer (Entry Level) - 2 months

We are looking for a Human Resources Officer to assist with HR developmental reports and status tracking, as well as Event Coordination for staff engagements.

• $2,700 - $3,200 per month
• Entry Level, training provided
• 1 Oct - 30 Nov 2026
• Lavender MRT

What to expect:

• Track appraisal submissions and provide regular status updates to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate events and provide administrative support for employee engagement sessions and health screenings.
• Provide administrative support for Pulse Survey activities, including coordination and tracking.
• Maintain proper e-filing and documentation of Mid-Term Review letters.
• Support the HR Management Unit with general administrative coordination and follow-up across HR activities.

Who we are looking for:

• Singaporeans only.
• Possesses minimum a Diploma in Human Resources with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Meticulous and resourceful individual.
