HVAC Engineer / Pharma / West / SGD 6,300!

My client is looking out for a competent HVAC engineer and possesses the followings:

Key Responsibilities

• HVAC Design & Calculation: Develop comprehensive HVAC design deliverables (CD, BD, DD), load & air balance calculations, airflow diagrams, and AHU zoning layouts.

• 3D Modeling & Specs: Prepare and review technical specifications and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Navisworks.

• Compliance & Coordination: Liaise with LDI, PE, and QP teams to ensure designs comply with local codes, URS, and regulatory standards.

• Procurement & Technical Support: Prepare BOQs, assist with bid evaluations, evaluate subcontractor submissions, and provide engineering support during site construction and commissioning.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC engineering experience (10+ years preferred for senior level).

• Hands-on proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and SketchUp.

• Strong knowledge of cGMP, ISO14644 cleanroom standards, 21 CFR Part 211, and international building codes.

• Familiarity with cleanroom material selection and FM/LEED consultancy is advantageous.
