The Opportunity

Our client is a premium student care centre that provides top-tier enrichment alongside comprehensive after-school care. We are looking for an inspiring role model with a creative spirit and positive mindset to join their dedicated team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement classprograms in strict accordance with the centre's policies, guidelines,framework, & philosophy.
• Guide Primary 1 to 6children to ensure the thorough completion of their daily homework.
• Conduct unique in-house enrichment programmes (comprehensive training & resources will be provided).
• Keep accurate records of children's progress & actively address each child's specific educational& developmental needs.
• Maintain & buildstrong, trusting relationships with both children & parents.
• Ensure the absolutesafety of children within the premises and during timely transfers from theirschools to the student centre.
• Take responsibilityfor the preparation & upkeep of teaching resources, as well as the overallarrangement & learning environment of the classroom.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as delegated by the Centre Director.

REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum of 1 year of Teaching experience.
• Proven ability to teach Primary levels for standard Primary subjects.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• An enthusiastic, energetic, and loving disposition with a positive mindset to learn & grow together with the company.

What’s In It For You

• Attractive Remuneration: $3,000–$3,500+++ plus bonuses.
• Working Hours (School Term): Monday to Friday from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm, and half-day Saturdays (AM) from 8:45 am to 1:45 pm.
• Working Hours (School Holidays): Shift based, either 7:45 am to 4:00 pm OR 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.
• Employment Type: Full-time, permanent role featuring 14 days of Annual Leave.
• Convenient Locations: Centrally located, less than a 5-minute walk from MRTs.
