Assistant Finance Manager (West area)

JOB DESCRIPTION

An innovative, high-growth green energy and clean-tech company is currently looking for an Assistant Finance Manager to join their team as they scale up their commercial operations in Singapore.

The Assistant Finance Manager will play a critical role in shaping an autonomous finance function following a recent corporate acquisition. Beyond overseeing full-spectrum accounting operations and independently owning the group consolidation process, this role emphasizes strong business partnering. You will collaborate closely with operational leaders to deliver financial insights, drive cost management, optimize project margins, and support strategic decision-making.

Additionally, you will be handling group reporting, FP&A, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, GST requirements, statutory reporting obligations, and company policies. This hands-on position offers significant career visibility and the opportunity to work alongside senior executive leadership within a fast-growing, sustainable technology business.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent; ACCA/CPA/CA certification is preferred

• 5 to 8 years of relevant accounting and finance experience, with strong hands-on ownership of group consolidation

• Demonstrated experience in business partnering, translating financial data into actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders

• Background in Green Energy, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Engineering sectors preferred

• Comfortable working on-site in the Western/Industrial sector of Singapore (Gul/Pioneer area)
