Business System Analyst (Ref 101)

Responsibilities:

• Will be responsible for the gathering of requirements, process modeling and preparation of the requirement specifications.
• Will play the role of the communicator between the end-users, the solution team and vendor.
• Will be responsible for preparation of Functional specification, product/ system configuration setup (related to product and processing), test scenarios and integrated testing before user acceptance testing.
• Will be responsible for planning, managing assigned projects or enhancements’ timeline and vendor management.

Requirement

• At least 4years’ experience in the user environment.
• Have knowledge and experience in SDLC cycle and implementation.
• Skilled in leveraging AI/ML concepts, automation and analytics tools to enhance system performance and support intelligent decision-making
