Research Administrator

Period : 11 months
Salary : Up to $5000 per month
Location : North Buona Vista
Working hour : Mon- Fri 8.30am to 6pm

• Monitoring research progress, deliverables, budgets and project risks.
• Coordinating research administration, procurement and stakeholder engagement.
• Facilitating collaboration between researchers.
• Supporting rapid research methodology and partnership development.
• Translating research findings into actionable insights, practitioner guides and policy briefs.
• Coordinating communications, professional development and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Supporting programme monitoring, evaluation and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Relevant qualification in research-related disciplines (e.g. educational research, sociology, psychology), or with relevant experience.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in supporting or carrying out research projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Familiarity with data analysis or visualisation tools such as Excel, SPSS, R, Python, Power BI, or Tableau would be an advantage.
