Senior Executive (University, Admissions, Recruitment)

• Location: West
• Working Hours: Office Hours
• Salary: Up to $4,900 per month
• Duration: 9 months (Subject to extension/conversion)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support for master’s programme admissions processes.
• Coordinate and schedule admissions interviews, including the necessary administrative arrangements.
• Provide post-interview administrative support and follow-up.
• Assist in coordinating and scheduling overseas coffee chats.
• Respond to general enquiries regarding programmes and the application process.
• Assist in updating presentations and other documents as required.
• Provide logistical and on-site support for events such as fairs, exhibitions, masterclasses, information sessions, webinars, coffee chats, yield events, and organisational presentations.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum a Diploma or a Degree in Business, Marketing or any related field.
• Prior administrative, marketing, or event experience in an Institute of Higher Learning (IHL) would be an advantage.
