IT Sales Executive #IDO

Job Summary

Support business development and sales activities, identifying potential clients, customer engagement, proposal preparation and building long-term client relationships while providing technology solutions to meet business needs.

Job Scope

• Identify, target and develop new business opportunities in IT Solutions sector.
• Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers and prospect.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-markets and stakeholders, existing customers and prospects to ensure satisfaction, repeat business and referrals.
• Understand client needs, provide sales quotation and conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
• Negotiating contracts, terms of an agreement and close sales.
• Set, meet and exceed sales targets through proactive prospecting and client engagement.
• Interfacing with vendors / suppliers and building up relationships.
• Provide consultative sales support to help clients optimize their IT infrastructure and operations.
• Collaborate with internal, including technical support and product development to ensure customer needs are met.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors

Job Requirements

• Interest in IT Solutions, cloud services, cybersecurity or system integration preferred.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
• Prior experience working with end user companies is preferred
