IT Sales Manager (Saas)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Manage key customer accounts and build relationships with C-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, presentations, proposals, quotations, negotiations, and closing.
• Understand clients’ business needs and propose suitable IT solutions, cloud, and digital transformation services.
• Work with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure smooth solution implementation.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and account plans.
• Manage post-sales engagement to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Build relationships with vendors and technology partners.
• Monitor market and technology trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Experience in IT Solutions / IT Services / Cloud / Digital Transformation sales.
• Strong B2B sales and account management experience.
• Good understanding of IT business solutions and cloud technologies.
