Operation Engineer - AWS (JD#11287)

Job Summary

We are seeking an Operations Engineer with strong experience in supporting API integrations, partner onboarding activities, production operations, incident management, and service improvements for digital cloud platforms.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Degree/Diploma in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related discipline;
• Must have 5 years of experience in Operations Engineering, Production Support, API Integration Support, or similar roles;
• Hands-on experience with API integrations and REST API troubleshooting using Postman, Swagger, Redocly;
• Experience coordinating and executing SIT, UAT, and production releases;
• Experience supporting B2B integrations, digital platforms, or data exchange ecosystems;
• Good knowledge on AWS cloud platforms and monitoring/observability tools;
• Experience working in Agile and cross-functional teams;
• Exposure to DevOps automation and AI-powered operational tools;
• Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident management skills;
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Desired Skill-set

• Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM practices.

Responsibilities

• Part of the team to support and manage API-based platforms and integrations with partners;
• Coordinate partner onboarding, SIT, UAT, production readiness, and releases;
• Troubleshoot production issues through log, API, and system analysis;
• Lead incident, problem, and change management activities;
• Create and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and support guides;
• Drive continuous service improvement, automation, and operational efficiency;
• Ensure compliance with security and governance standards;
• Participate in on-call production support when required.
