Junior Quantity Surveyor

• Assist with tender documentation, quantity take-offs, pricing, and cost estimates.
• Support preparation of quotations, bills of quantities, and tender comparisons.
• Assist with measurement and valuation of completed works.
• Prepare supporting documents for progress payment claims.
• Assist in tracking and evaluating variations and additional works.
• Maintain project cost, contract, and commercial records.
• Support subcontractor payment and contract administration.
• Assist with cash flow projections and basic cost reporting.
• Attend site and consultant meetings and follow up on commercial matters.
• Support preparation and close-out of final accounts.
