Etch Shift Operation Lead

YOUR ROLE

• Working independently, accountable to manage and lead a group of Maintenance staffs in achieving the best possible maintenance cost per wafer, equipment reliability, wafer fab yield and throughput parameters.

• Plan, organize and implement technical support and expertise on specific tools to Maintenance Specialist and Line Support staffs.

• Translates the requirements of Production and Engineering needs into maintenance tasks and work closely with them to achieve the overall committed targets in all aspects of manufacturing parameters.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Degree in Engineering or similar.
• Minimum of 3 years of Wafer Fabrication Industrial.
• Familiar with LAM Rainbow, 4520XLE, Exelan HPT or AMAT SuperE Tools Set.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
• Good coordination and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on cost control, reliability improvement, and operational excellence.
• Leadership capability to coach, support, and develop maintenance staff.
