Job Description
- Maintain an accurate listing of equipment and conduct inspections of the buildings.
- Report on maintenance issues and critical incidents, and supervise contractors and technicians.
- Inspect and verify that work orders are completed as agreed and on time.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance work.
- Any other assignments as and when directed by the Management.
Job Requirements
- ITE and Above.
