💰 Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: $2,300–$3,000/month, depending on experience

• Day Shift Allowance: $12/workday

• Night Shift Allowance: $24/workday

• Daily Attendance/Transport Allowance: $16/workday

• 4 working days + 3 days off per week after training

• Every Sunday off

📍 Location

Tampines – Technology / Manufacturing Hub

⏰ Working Hours & Shift Schedule

Training Period – First 3 Months

• Monday to Friday

• 8:00am–5:00pm

After Training – 12-Hour Rotating Shifts

☀️ Day Shift: 8:00am–8:30pm
🌙 Night Shift: 8:30pm–8:00am

Candidates will be assigned to one fixed roster team:

• Team A: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

• Team B: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday

• Team C: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday

📌 All teams have Sunday as a fixed rest day.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Perform cable assembly and production-related activities according to established work instructions

• Apply and attach product labels accurately

• Handle components and materials with care during the assembly process

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production requirements

• Maintain good housekeeping and 5S standards within the work area

• Ensure the workstation remains clean, organised and safe

• Support daily production activities and team targets

• Follow workplace safety procedures and quality requirements
  

🎯 Job Requirements

• Technical School, Vocational School, High School Diploma or above

• 1–2 years of relevant manufacturing, production, cable assembly or technical experience preferred

• Basic computer skills

• Able to understand and follow work instructions and SOPs in English

• Physically fit and comfortable with:

  • Standing for extended periods

  • Performing repetitive and hands-on assembly work

  • Handling small components requiring good hand dexterity

  • Lifting or moving items weighing up to 23kg (50 lbs)

• Willing and able to work 12-hour rotating day/night shifts after the 3-month training period

• Reliable and able to commit to the assigned roster

• Chinese-speaking ability is an advantage
