Admin Officer [School/East]

• Location: Tampines
• Work Timing: 7.00am - 4.00pm (Mon to Fri)
• Salary: $2,760 per month
• Duration: October 2026 to September 2027

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle frontline reception counter duties and attend to enquiries.
• Prepare, verify and file documents and records.
• Maintain lost and found records and perform account tallying.
• Provide basic first aid assistance to students.
• Perform general administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned by the school.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Prior First Aid knowledge and experience in a primary school setting are advantages.
