Safety Coordinator

Salary Package: Basic + Bonus

Location: Kallang

Working days: 5.5 days

Key Responsibilities

• Site Inspections & Compliance: Conduct daily safety walks, monitor supervisor and worker adherence to Safe Work Procedures, and enforce MOM safety and environmental regulations.

• WSHO Support & Audit Follow-up: Assist the WSH Officer with incident/accident investigations, close out safety audit findings, and maintain comprehensive daily safety records.

• Safety Training & Meetings: Lead weekly mass toolbox meetings, brief site teams on safety protocols, and assist in organizing monthly Safety Committee meetings and documentation.

• Site Logistics & Coordination: Partner with site supervisors to improve general housekeeping, worksite cleanliness, and operational hazard controls.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Certification: Certificate in Safety Coordinators Course from an approved institute

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the Building and Construction industry

• Core Competencies: Proactive problem solver with strong interpersonal skills, high stress tolerance, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced site environment
