Project Engineer (Robotics)

Job Description:

• Own on-site activities including installation, configuration, validation, and performance testing at customer locations (domestic & international)
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and constraints during execution
• Develop and execute simulation models to optimize system design, throughput, and deployment strategies
• Analyse simulation outputs and translate insights into performance improvements
• Drive technical decision-making considering real-world constraints, scalability, and customer
• requirements
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory compliance through detailed system checks
• Maintain high-quality technical documentation including architecture designs, deployment processes, and commissioning records
• Engage with customers to gather requirements and translate them into scalable AMR solutions
• Support solution architecture including workflow design, system integrations, fleet orchestration, and deployment planning
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues across robotics hardware, ROS navigation, PLCs, and
• integrated software systems
• Deliver structured training programs to customer teams for successful adoption
• Maintain commissioning documentation including SAT reports, checklists, and field observations
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve AMR performance, reliability, and user experience
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and support teams
• Build strong relationships with customer operations and maintenance teams

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field
• 3 – 5 years of experience in robotics, automation, or industrial systems
• Basic understanding of robotic systems including actuators, sensors, and control systems
• Proficiency in ROS (Robot Operating System) and Python programming
• Strong hands-on technical skills (mechanical assembly, soldering, crimping, etc.)
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
