to lead a team and ensure daily operations run smoothly. You will oversee workflow, guide team members, and act as the key link between staff and management. Your goal is to maintain high work standards, keep team morale strong, and meet performance targets consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and schedule team members; assign tasks based on skills, workload, and priorities.
• Monitor daily work progress, quality, and productivity; resolve bottlenecks and operational issues promptly.
• Enforce company policies, safety rules, and standard procedures; ensure a safe, respectful, and compliant workplace.
• Track performance metrics, prepare regular progress reports, and share updates with upper management.
• Listen to team concerns, answer questions, and provide clear guidance; coach staff to improve performance and resolve gaps.
• Handle customer or stakeholder complaints and operational problems; escalate complex issues when needed with recommended solutions.
• Support team development through feedback, recognition, and identifying training needs.
• Maintain inventory, supplies, and equipment; ensure resources are used efficiently and well cared for.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification or leadership experience preferred.
• 2+ years experience in a related role, with at least 1 year in leadership or team lead position.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills; ability to make timely, sound decisions.
• Ability to motivate others, manage time well, and work calmly under pressure.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to maintain accurate records.
