Senior Executive, Sector Engagement

The Senior Executive will support the planning, coordination, delivery, and continuous improvement of community engagement initiatives, sector events, and awards platforms for the Community Care sector on behalf of AIC. The role requires strong project coordination skills and the ability to support the translation of sector needs into impactful programmes and events.
In supporting the organisation of sector-wide engagements, the candidate will be required to:
- Support the Team Lead in the planning and execution of Community Care sector events, including but not limited to: - Awards and recognition platforms (including supporting the administration and processing of selected national-level award nominations); - Sector workshops and engagement sessions;Large-scale in-person and hybrid conferences and; - Leadership learning journeys.
- Coordinate and support project management activities for sector events and initiatives, including procurement processes, timeline tracking, budget monitoring, and delivery planning.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and partners to support the successful execution of events and engagement initiatives.
- Support the maintenance and updating of the organisation’s events calendar and ensure event information is reflected accurately across relevant communication touchpoints.
- Coordinate and support the preparation of event-related reports, post-event reviews, and management updates, including collating feedback, outcomes, and recommendations for future improvements.
- Provide operational and administrative support for sector engagement activities and contribute to process improvements where appropriate.
Job Requirements
- Recognised degree with at least 2–5 years of relevant experience in awards administration, event management, conference planning, or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating awards and recognition programmes, including nomination administration, evaluation processes, stakeholder communications, and event support.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, particularly in handling nomination records, submissions, documentation, and reporting requirements.
- Experience in supporting projects involving multiple stakeholders and managing concurrent timelines and deliverables.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal stakeholders, external partners, vendors, and award nominees.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and exercise sound judgement in handling sensitive or confidential information.
- Experience in supporting virtual, hybrid, or in-person award ceremonies and recognition events would be an added advantage.
