Operations Support Engineer | Application, Cloud & DevOps

What You’ll Do

• Monitor production & non‑production environments to ensure optimal performance
• Provide L1–L3 support, including code‑level troubleshooting
• Manage incidents, perform root cause analysis & drive preventive actions
• Implement full‑stack monitoring (APM + cloud‑native tools)
• Support cloud operations (AWS preferred) including IAM, environment setup & optimisation
• Automate operational workflows using scripting/IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
• Support AI‑related workloads (RAG, workflow automation, data pipelines)
• Maintain SOPs, audit‑ready documentation & operational dashboards
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑uptime, high‑quality service

What You Bring

• Experience in application operations, DevOps or cloud‑based support roles
• Hands‑on with AWS, monitoring tools, ITSM platforms & automation/scripting
• Strong problem‑solving skills & ability to troubleshoot across the stack
• Clear communicator who can translate technical issues for non‑technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with AI workflows (RAG, tool calling, data lakes) is a strong plus
• Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred
