Property Officer (ECC)

Job Description

• Prepare all necessary work or purchase orders in the course of his duties to maintain and manage the property and as and when directed by the Condo Manager/Asst Condo Manager.
• Prepare and submit maintenance reports to the Condo Manager/Asst Condo Manager.
• Attend to inquiries, complaints, reports and correspondence relating to the administration of the Corporation, its property and Subsidiary Proprietors.
• Evaluate contractors’ performance and to submit evaluation reports to the Condo Manager/Asst Condo Manager.
• Enforce and administer the service contracts and to act upon the terms and conditions or agreements made under these contracts.
• Monitor expiry of licenses, contracts and any other form of documentations, and to advise the CM of such expiry as and when necessary.
• Manage and maintain inventory of all equipment and supplies used for the operations of the property.
• Collate and prepare all incoming invoices with supporting work or purchase orders and submit to the CM for their recommendation for payment.
• Keep proper records of all work and purchase orders.
• Supervise all contracted works.
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Plan, organize and execute periodic checks on services as well as contracts.
• Execute directions given by Condo Manager/Asst Condo Manager with regard to the operations of the property.
• Any other duties assigned by the Condo Manager/Asst Condo Manager.

Job Requirement

• At least 5 years and above MCST Experience in residential or commercial development.
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Customer orientated
• Good Public Relations skills
