Supply Chain Executive

PDS International Pte Ltd | Full-Time | Clementi West

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Supply Chain Executive to manage day-to-day procurement and supply chain activities while taking ownership of supplier performance, inventory planning and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers

• Able to make confidence decisions in relation to supply chain sourcing

• Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely deliveries

• Monitor inventory levels and support stock planning

• Manage supplier relationships and resolve supply issues

• Coordinate logistics, freight forwarders and import/export documentation

• Work closely with internal teams on purchasing and supply requirements

• Support supply chain manager/assistant manager in improvement initiatives and identify cost-saving opportunities

• Provide guidance and coordination to junior team members on purchasing and supply chain matters

• Maintain procurement records, reports and supplier performance information
  

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years’ experience in purchasing, procurement or supply chain

• Strong supplier management, negotiation and problem-solving skills

• Able to take ownership and manage multiple priorities independently

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advance) and Word

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field preferred
