Supply Chain / Purchasing Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain / Purchasing Coordinator to support our procurement and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Source quotations and coordinate with suppliers

• Prepare and process purchase orders

• Monitor deliveries, inventory and stock levels

• Liaise with internal teams on purchasing requirements

• Manage supplier relationships and resolve order discrepancies

• Coordinate logistics, freight forwarders and import/export documentation

• Maintain procurement records and reports

• Support improvements to supply chain processes

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years’ experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain or inventory management

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

• Detail-oriented, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related field preferred
