Microsoft 365 Solutions Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive. The role will drive platform improvements, security and compliance initiatives, automation, and user experience enhancements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Deliver Microsoft 365 projects, upgrades, and feature deployments.
• Implement and maintain security, compliance, data protection, retention, and access management controls.
• Automate operational processes using PowerShell and scripting tools.
• Provide Level 3 technical support and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Monitor platform performance, availability, and service health.
• Collaborate with business, infrastructure, security, and compliance stakeholders.
• Evaluate and recommend new Microsoft 365 capabilities, including Copilot and automation solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft 365 / Office 365 engineering and administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Security & Compliance, DLP, retention, and eDiscovery.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, SC-300, SC-400) will be an advantage.
