Logistics Business Analyst (3PL | East | UP$6200)

🕐 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Business Analyst to support and improve warehouse and logistics systems.

You will work closely with Operations and IT teams to understand business needs, improve processes, implement system enhancements, and support Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and translate them into practical system solutions.
• Support system implementation, configuration, testing, user training and post-implementation activities.
• Support WMS upgrades, migration and system enhancement projects.
• Configure and support WMS applications, including EDI/API integration.
• Troubleshoot system and operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
• Work closely with Operations, IT and business users to improve warehouse processes and system performance.
• Develop reports, dashboards and simple automation solutions to improve operational visibility and efficiency.
• Review operational workflows and recommend process improvements.
• Support system documentation, change requests and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Analytics or related discipline.
• At least 2–4 years of relevant experience in WMS, application support, system implementation, business analysis or logistics operations.
• Good understanding of warehouse and contract logistics operations.
• Experience with WMS implementation, configuration or support.
• Experience with Blue Yonder WMS Dispatcher will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of EDI/API integration is advantageous.
• Good business analysis, process mapping, troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Knowledge of Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate, VBA, SQL or Python will be advantageous.
• Good communication skills and comfortable working with both business and technical stakeholders.
