Tetsuyu Healthcare is a Singapore-based health technology company focused on transforming community care, eldercare and long-term care through technology. Our CARES platform supports nursing homes, home care, senior care and community care providers. As we expand internationally, we are redesigning project delivery to become repeatable, scalable and technology-enabled.

Role Purpose

The Senior Project Delivery Manager will lead the transformation of how CARES implementations are delivered. The role focuses on standardising project delivery, reducing manual effort, improving governance, introducing automation and AI into delivery workflows, and building a repeatable implementation model that can scale across countries.

Key Responsibilities

· Standardise the end-to-end implementation lifecycle with common templates, milestones and governance.

· Transform requirements gathering into structured, reusable workflows and questionnaires.

· Identify opportunities to automate delivery using AI and workflow tools.

· Reduce implementation effort through configuration templates and reusable setup packs.

· Improve project visibility through dashboards, risk tracking and standard reporting.

· Build scalable onboarding, training and change-management programmes.

· Capture lessons learnt and continuously improve delivery processes.

· Coach project managers and implementation consultants in best practices.

Ideal Experience

· 5–10 years in software implementation, SaaS, healthcare IT, ERP/CRM or digital transformation.

· Strong project management and stakeholder management experience.

· Experience in process improvement, automation or operational excellence.

· Healthcare experience is advantageous but not essential.
