📌 Job Responsibilities

• Manage the front desk, visitor screening and registration

• Handle incoming calls and call forwarding

• Welcome and assist local and foreign visitors

• Prepare and assist with new joiners

• Coordinate meetings and company sessions

• Receive and manage mail and deliveries

• Provide general office coordination and administrative support
