Logistics Operations Admin / Checker | Fresh Graduates / No Experience Welcome

Salary: $2,400 – $3,000/month
Working Arrangement: 5-Day Work Week

Job Description

We are looking for a Logistics Operations Admin / Checker to support our daily logistics and warehouse operations.

This role is suitable for fresh graduates, entry-level candidates and candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in the logistics industry. Training and guidance will be provided.

You will have the opportunity to gain exposure to shipment coordination, warehouse operations, SAP/WMS systems, inventory processes and customer coordination.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily deliveries and collections.
• Liaise with customers, transporters and internal teams on shipment arrangements.
• Process incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Perform receiving and outbound transactions using SAP / Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Prepare and maintain shipment records, reports and supporting documents.
• Assist with cycle-count and inventory administration.
• Check incoming and outgoing goods to ensure accuracy.
• Report shipment discrepancies, damages or non-conformances.
• Support operational and process-improvement activities.
• Assist with handling goods weighing approximately 15–20kg when required.
• Perform other logistics and operational duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduates and candidates with no prior logistics experience are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with logistics, warehouse or operations experience will have an added advantage.
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Able to communicate effectively with customers, transporters and internal teams.
• Responsible, organised and detail-oriented.
• Willing to learn and able to work in an operations environment.
• Familiarity with SAP or WMS is an advantage but not required.
• Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau will be an added advantage.
• Able to handle goods weighing approximately 15–20kg when required.
