Logistic Coordinator (West) Urgent Hiring!

About the Role

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team and support daily logistics, shipment coordination, customer service and warehouse activities.

You will be responsible for coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, preparing shipping and import/export documents, monitoring deliveries and maintaining accurate inventory records. You will also work closely with customers, freight forwarders, carriers, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer service support via phone and email.

• Coordinate daily incoming and outgoing shipments.

• Prepare shipping, import/export and other relevant logistics documentation.

• Handle invoicing once shipments are completed/closed.

• Monitor shipment clearance and delivery status to ensure timely delivery.

• Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, subcontractors and customers.

• Work closely with the warehouse and operations team to coordinate daily activities.

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy of inventory records.

• Investigate and report inventory discrepancies when required.

• Ensure operational activities meet the required KPIs and service standards.

• Liaise with Finance and other internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

• Maintain proper housekeeping and a safe working environment.

• Follow company SOPs, policies and safety requirements.

• Perform other logistics-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in logistics, warehouse, freight forwarding, shipping or import/export will be an advantage.

• Experience in shipment coordination and shipping documentation preferred.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Able to coordinate with multiple parties and manage deadlines effectively.

• Detail-oriented with good follow-up and organisational skills.

• Able to work independently as well as in a team.

• Candidates with 3PL / contract logistics experience are welcome to apply.
