Supply Chain (Order Management) - 2 years - Changi North (UP$4K)

• Process new customer orders and order amendments within established service level agreements (SLAs) using SAP Order Management systems.
• Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle, ensuring timely and accurate order processing to support customer satisfaction and business objectives.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process standardisation, operational excellence, and automation through tools such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
• Develop a strong understanding of pricing structures and order pricing logic to perform initial pricing analysis and support the resolution of pricing discrepancies in collaboration with Sales, Account Managers, and Pricing teams.
• Create, maintain, and manage customer master data, business partner records, and related system configurations within SAP.
• Proactively monitor and resolve order holds and exceptions to ensure timely order fulfilment, shipment execution, and achievement of revenue targets.
• Investigate order and customer data discrepancies across systems, perform preliminary root cause analysis, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders, including IT teams, for issue resolution.
• Utilise reports and dashboards to validate Order Management activities, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with established processes.
• Work closely with regional and global Order Management teams to support customers across North America, Asia, and Europe.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimise order management processes, enhance data accuracy, and improve overall operational efficiency.
• Support ad hoc projects, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen order management capabilities and customer service delivery.
