Multimedia Designer***

This will be a 1-year contract position based in Jurong West.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative visuals for events, campaigns, launches, and corporate initiatives.
• Responsible for key visuals and marketing collateral including EDMs, presentation decks, posters, brochures, and digital assets.
• Produce creative assets for facilities and physical spaces, including decals and showcases.
• Assist in social media and digital content creation across LinkedIn, YouTube, and websites.
• Update campaign and event visuals across online and offline touchpoints while maintaining brand consistency.
• Create clear and engaging visual communication for technical, research, and corporate content.
• Responsible for event and corporate photography for marketing and communications purposes.
• Assist in basic video editing for events, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal, external stakeholders and vendors to develop and deliver creative work from concept to production.
• Leverage AI tools to support ideation, creative development, and streamline the design and content creation process.
• Enforce brand guidelines and high standard of quality.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, multimedia design, visual communication, or a related field.
• Portfolio showcasing event communications, marketing campaigns, collateral, social media content, or other relevant creative work.
• Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio demonstrating the same is also welcome.
• Basic video editing skills using Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent tools.
• Able to develop key visuals, marketing collateral, presentation decks, and other communication materials.
• Graphic design and visual communication skills with a good eye for layout, typography, and detail.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign).
• Advantageous to have experience in PowerPoint and Canva skills.
• Photography skills, with the ability to capture usable content during events.
• Advantageous to have videography and motion graphics skills.
• Keen interest in exploring AI tools to support ideation, creative development, and improve production efficiency.
• Able to multitask.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
