Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Emergency Pharmacy team with day-to-day pharmacy operations.

• Support general pharmacy and administrative duties as assigned.

• Assist with preparation, organisation and handling of pharmacy-related materials.

• Perform basic data entry, documentation and record-keeping.

• Support the pharmacy team to ensure smooth operations during shifts.

• Perform other ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements

• Training will be provided!

• Prior experience in pharmacy, healthcare or administrative support is an advantage.

• Comfortable working night shifts.

• Responsible, organised and detail-oriented.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
