Project Executive, Corporate Operations & Office Renovation/Relocation

We are seeking a proactive and organised officer to support the organisation's Corporate operations.
- $3500 to $4500/month
- 1-year contract
- Mon - Fri, office hours
Responsibilities:
Office Renovation & Relocation
- Support the planning, coordination and execution of office renovation and relocation projects, ensuring smooth delivery with minimal disruption to operations.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties, including building management, facilities providers, contractors, IT vendors and partner agencies, to coordinate works and resolve operational matters.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, and support related administrative, financial and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate office move activities, including the setup of new premises and movement of staff, equipment and office items.
- Conduct office readiness checks and follow up on outstanding facilities, equipment and post-move issues to ensure a smooth transition.
Corporate Operations
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across functions including finance, procurement, HR, IT, records management and office administration.
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage processes, maintain accurate records and documentation, and ensure timely completion of administrative requirements.
- Support corporate events, projects and other initiatives as required, with opportunities to gain broader exposure to corporate services and operations.
Requirements:
- Possesses a Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in one or more corporate functions such as office renovation or relocation, procurement, finance administration, office or facilities management, records management, or general administration.
- Experience coordinating projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Prior experience supporting office renovation, fit-out or relocation projects would be an advantage.
- Good understanding of public sector processes, governance requirements and administrative procedures would be an advantage.
- Strong organisational andcoordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelinesand stakeholders concurrently.
