HR ＆ Admin Executive / Senior Executive (F&B)

About the role

This is an HR & Admin Executive / Senior Executive position in the F&B industry, responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, administration, compliance, and support for outlet management and headquarters coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee records, contracts, and HR documentation

• Handle attendance, leave, employee enquiries, and day-to-day HR administration

• Coordinate monthly payroll with the external payroll provider, including salary, allowances, deductions, and employee changes

• Coordinate work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and other employee-related regulatory requirements

• Support the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures in accordance with Singapore employment requirements

• Manage day-to-day office and outlet administration, including supplies, uniforms, facilities, records, and documentation

• Coordinate vendors, suppliers, contractors, meetings, travel arrangements, and administrative support for management

• Support new outlet openings and related administrative and operational setup activities

• Monitor permits, licenses, certifications, work passes, and compliance requirements; support audits, inspections, and government reporting

• Liaise with Japan Headquarters, management, outlet managers, government agencies, and external service providers on HR, administrative, compliance, and operational matters

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or a related field

• 3-5 years of HR and administration experience in the F&B, hospitality, or retail industry

• Knowledge of labor laws, payroll processes, and employee relations

• Experience handling shift-based workforce management

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
